I saw this when I was on my xinmsn homepage. Recently, I ate a lot of deep-fried food and candies. I have fried food for every meals and candies whenever and wherever I am. What’s worse is that I don’t have much time or the effort to work out, except for the yoga lessons I have on every monday. It has been ages since I went for a jog or swim. I can see a significant change in my body size. My tummy and thighs are much bigger than last time. My shorts are so much tighter. I have no idea how much weight I’ve gained because I can’t bear to look at the digits on my weighting scale.
The last thing I want is to grow fatter because I’m a fatty last time and it took me half a year to lose the weight. Maybe, this come just in time. I’m planning to use this formula with some exercise like swimming to achieve my acceptable weight. So, in a few weeks time, I may look 5 lbs slimmer or end up in the hospital. On the bright side, I will have a lot of savings since I’m not eating out.
